Menus

Olin Dining Hall is our Resident Dining Hall on campus. All meals are served in an all-you-care-to-eat setting. We are proud to feature our “JIT”, or Just-In-Time-Cooking. This allows us to prepare as many foods to order as possible. The menu is designed around platforms, or formats, that fill the dining hall. All of our platforms are uniquely positioned to provide variety in menu to include vegetarian, vegan and healthy choice selections.

  • The Brick Oven
This is our signature platform. From this area, we can prepare brick oven baked pizzas and casseroles, sautéed and stir fried dishes and even baked breads. From fire roasted eggplant pizzas to prosciutto and caramelized onion Alfredo pizzas, we can adjust to everyone’s taste. By the way, we can also do cheese and pepperoni pizza for the traditionalist. Freshly made pasta dishes, both baked and stir-fried, can be customized to taste. Cold prepared salads are also available here in order to get a fully complimented meal…sort of like “one stop shopping”.
  • Exhibition
Art and theater is the mainstay at this platform. With flexibility in creating our menus, we can deliver Chef carved entrees, Wok stir-fries and sautéed specials. This is where we can deliver traditional casseroles and just plain everyday “Comfort Food”. Asian, Pacific Rim and Mediterranean are dishes from around the globe featured here. This is also where you will find chicken pot pie, beef stew, carved ham and roast turkey dinner… with all the fixings.
  • The Grill
Our featured items here are the more popular charbroiled hamburger, grilled chicken sandwiches and garden veggie burgers. A variety of French fries can also be found here. On occasion, you’ll see grilled Polynesian veggie kabobs or marinated swordfish right off the char broiler. To add to the variety, you will be able to find a selection of wrap sandwiches made to order along with your traditional grilled cheese sandwich.
  • Salad/Deli Bar
Specialty salads such as cucumber salad with ginger vinaigrette, black bean and mandarin orange salad, as well as cold slaw and potato salad can be forum here. A large variety of crisp toppings for greens allowing for salad customization may be found here as well. If you’re looking for that baked ham and cheddar on wheat or that roasted turkey and Swiss on rye, you’ve come to the right place.
